🧑‍🏫Basic Roleplay Rules

Below are general roleplay rules that will enable a great experience for everyone.

The following actions are prohibited and can result in a permanent, non-appealable ban from the server:

1. Personal Attacks: Intentionally harassing or insulting someone based on their religion, gender, pronouns, race, sexual orientation, age, disabilities or veteran status is strictly prohibited.

2. Inappropriate Content: Any speech, writing, or posts that violate the terms of service of Twitch, YouTube, Discord, or TikTok are prohibited, including discussions about politics, religion, and socially inappropriate topics.

3. Prohibited Roleplay: There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for roleplaying acts of rape, terrorism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexual conduct, suicide, pregnancy, or miscarriage, as well as inappropriate use of the /me or /do command.

4. Age Restrictions: The minimum age to play on this server is 18 years old.

5. Communication Requirements: A working microphone is required to play on this server, and mute characters must be approved by the owner. Any characters that can speak must not be mute.

6. Language and Technical Requirements: moderate English proficiency is mandatory, and players must own a copy of FiveM and GTA5.

7. Poaching players is not allowed under any circumstance

1. Stay in character: All players should remain in character at all times and avoid breaking character, at all times. If there is a rule break, use /report id and open a ticket in Discord after the scene is over; the only exception is TOS or hacking.

2. Respect other players' characters: All players should respect each other's characters and avoid disrupting the roleplay for others in malice.

3. Avoid metagaming: Metagaming refers to using out-of-character knowledge to affect in-character decisions. This is strictly prohibited and players found engaging in metagaming will be penalized.

4. No "invincible" or God like characters: Invincible refers to playing a character who is invincible or has unlimited power. This takes away from the roleplaying experience for others and is not allowed.

5. No ERP: Players should not engage in explicit roleplay of a sexual nature.

6. Avoid power gaming: Power gaming refers to forcing roleplay on others without giving them an option to make their own choices or alter an outcome. The only exception is obtaining a hostage for a heist or kidnapping for an established storyline. Power gaming is not allowed and players found engaging in it will be penalized.

7. Keep it appropriate: The roleplay should always be kept appropriate and within the guidelines of the server. Any behavior that is deemed offensive or inappropriate will not be tolerated.

8. Follow the story: All players should work together to follow the story and help create an enjoyable roleplaying experience for everyone.

9. Be open to feedback: Players should be open to feedback from others and be willing to make changes to their character or behavior if necessary.
