Expectations
Business operators are expected to maintain an active citizenship.
Operating a business is a commitment. It takes time to set it up to your expectations, and many players may be dependent on it being open. It also serves the city's best interests to maintain active businesses.
To remain eligible to operate a business:
Geo City Roleplay must be your primary role play or GTA server
You must be active 25 hours per month, unless admin is notified of a leave of absence. You must use your best effort to assign a trusted operator before you go on leave. If the trust operator does not maintain the business, you have 1 week to assign another operator.
If you are inactive for 1 week without contact, admin will assign a temporary operator who will be under 30 day evaluation to become the franchise operator if they so choose.
The business must have active employees and be open during peak hours so that the community can make use of the business and engage in roleplay.
Businesses are encouraged to utilize the job applications in Discord to hire for off-peak hours and request assistance from admin when needed to hire those if required.
