Limits only apply for activities that involve conflict. General everyday roleplay has no size limits.

Gang wars require notification to admin after a war or conflict has begun.

* Attack limit can be raised if the defending turf agrees to it beforehand. This must be acknowledged via message to admin.
Beef is defined as having a smaller altercation with a rival group.
Only flagged and established gang members may engage in any gang conflict. Gangs are not allowed to fly in mercenaries for conflict. They need to have an established story with the city and not a member of another gang.
